Filing a Claim

The Registry of the Specific Claims Tribunal of Canada seeks to be a national and international leader in court administration. The Registry is currently exploring an electronic case management system and it is anticipated that the filing process will fully utilize available technology to facilitate paperless filing, thereby providing efficiencies and overcoming logistical challenges inherent with a national tribunal.
